2. Trail Reports & Safety Warning

  • Information Accuracy: Trail reports, grooming status, and hazard notes provided on this Website are for informational purposes only.
  • Assumption of Risk: Backcountry and trail conditions in Hatcher Pass can change rapidly. HPSRC does not guarantee the accuracy of “Groomed” or “Conditions” status at the time of your arrival.
  • User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your own safety. HPSRC is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the use of information found on this Website.

3. Membership & Event Registration

  • Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the membership or event registration process via Gravity Forms.
  • Payments: All membership dues and registration fees are processed via Stripe. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in specific event rules.
  • Automation: By submitting a form, you acknowledge that your data may be processed through third-party tools like Zapier for administrative organization.

4. Intellectual Property

The logo, branding, custom blocks, and original content (including photography in our Gallery) are the property of HPSRC and may not be reproduced without express written consent.

5. Use of Gallery & Submissions

If you submit photos for our Photo Gallery or Trail Reports, you grant HPSRC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute those images for club promotion and trail updates.

6. External Links

Our Website includes links to third-party sites (e.g., State Parks, Matsu Trails, or Sponsor websites). HPSRC has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content or practices of any third-party sites.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Hatcher Pass Snow Riders Club or its Board of Directors be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Website.
