To protect, enhance and maintain.
H.P.S.R.C is here to maintain snow machine access in and around the Hatcher Pass/Fishook Area via corridors and trails, so that everyone can enjoy the best and safest place to ride.
Raise Awareness.
We are here to raise awareness of the benefits and needs for equal rights to all people who are unable to access these areas via non-motorized means such as handicap and elderly.
Lead By Example.
We are here to demonstrate to Alaska State Parks and the Mat-Su Borough the importance of snow machine access, but also to attempt resolving the existing tensions and conflicts between motorized and non-motorized user groups.
Private/Non-Profit.
As a private clubs and non-profit association, we hope to expand our membership to include like-minded individuals, host family fun events and raise funds to maintain trails, eventually constructing, supplying and sustaining rescue huts that would be available to all user groups within the area.
